What is the expressed penalty for NOT stepping down?
I can DEMAND that you give me $10,000. Unless I fiollow it up with "....or else I'll..." there is no extortion.
So what's the threat to these governors?
The simple fact is that a very large number of people are angry over what is being done to this country. If you take any action to express that anger in the form of a strong letter or telephone call, it's being inaccurately reported as being threatening.
Here's the bottom line: You cannot legally threaten anybody. You can, however, hate anyone you'd care to and even express your hatred to that person without breaking any laws. You can wish a person dead, you can tell that person that you wish them dead and still be on the right side of the law. There is no threat as long as you are expressing only your feelings toward a person or their performance.
Politicians are selling the productive, working people of this nation into eternal, government-imposed financial slavery to coddle the societal leeches....but you wonder why people are angry?
