WAKE UP!!!! You're leading us down the same path as California and New York. Keep raising taxes and the taxpayers will move away leaving us a BROKE WELFARE STATE. You were elected to do a job which includes balancing the city budget. If you're not capable of doing that job - quit. Some suggestions:
Don't buy another golf course.
Halt developement until you can pay for repairing the present infrastructure.
Sell the police helicopter.
Bond or no bond - stop building things like soccer stadiums and tennis courts. Stop anything other than grounds maintenance for parks.
