Why do you have the money for a parks, and people still run on the roads and ride bikes, Why aren't they jogging in the parks that just cost millions to build. And why do so many police, fire, ems go to a crime sceen? When they show them on TV they are all standing around. Cut some of that. why is there so many people on the soap box about NO new business, the parks, will be great to live in when we are all homeless, and have no work because business can't come here or they move. Open the books and really look at them you will find the right answers to the money problems.. Don't just say I have money problems. Find out what cause it to start with. You will find it is who manages it. Change that and you will find the money
