Negative much? Who cares if she's from Wilmington or not? I hate to say, but there are some Wilmington residents who don't care about their fellow residents! I hope that wasn't to much of a shock for you.

At least she was bringing some joy to those kids. Most of them probably won't get to enjoy the rest of the festival, or even the nice weather we've been having, so I say Good Job, Lindsey. I think it was pretty cool that they brought some of the festival to those kids.
