my ins went from 360.00 a year to 695.00A year. im not on coast,3miles from it. i had a mobile home the tounge is removed, the wheels removed. we have a stick built home over all of it. its been 10 yrs.since it has been done ,i have all perils ins,coverage, but my agent says ONCE A MOBILE HOME ALWAYS A MOBILE HOME. it sure is not moving from this spot,ever,it,s a big house now.the inspecter said we have a strong foundation to suport a 2 story house, there outa be a law duh huh
