challenged to understand is how gas prices are consistently 10 to 12 cents lower in Raleigh than at the coast.
Even on the Outer Banks, gasoline is normally 5 to 6 cents lower than in the Wilmington area. Given the costs to transport the fuel to the Outer Banks, how can that be?
