This week's top score belongs to Jersey Mike's in Porters Neck. A perfect 100 plus two points for workers passing a food safety course and a score of 102.

To Carolina Beach Road and Tokyo Deli, which scored a perfect 100.

Perfection as well for Parchies at the Port on Burnett Blvd.

To Brunswick County and Sunset Gourmet in Sunset Beach. A half point off because some single-use items were unwrapped and not inverted, and they need to recaulk behind the sinks.

And the same score of 99.5 for Kentucky Fried Chicken on Castle Hayne Road in New Hanover County. A reminder to remove labels before washing items and air dry dishes before stacking.
