what your saying is that if you are being pulled for speeding...and a responding officer calls for backup..FOR WHATEVER REASON..he gets in an accident during response...DIES and....HEY if you weren't speeding to begin with...he wouldn't be dead....I HATE THUGS...but unfortunately...the thug isn't responsible for this death...PERIOD. Had this officer been driving in a RESPONSIBLE MANNER...he would be alive today.
