I don't think anybody here is judging him by his race. His background is part to this discussion and his trial. Some facts: He is a convicted felon. He was in possession of guns. He was in possession of drugs. He attempted to outrun the police. He is a criminal that is already on his second or third chance. How many more chances do we have to give him?
