So she is going back in time to allow an old case to be brought up as evidence..did Mr. Pierce shoot the officer that was killed in the previous case..umm no so how does this show intent or malice for a case 10 years later..she is SO scared she will lose her seat as district judge..play into the white people feeble threats so you can keep your seat and turn away from true justice and your people JUDGE PHYLISS!!
