I really am beginning to think that our traffic patterns and decisions are being made by Cletus the hillbilly yokel from the Simpsons. A four way stop at the intersection of Market and Front is a logistical nightmare. People do not know how to stop at stop signs let alone figure out who goes next and don't even get me started on the now two-way traffic on Ann Street between Third and Fifth. Way to go!!!!
