The truth of the matter is that he did in fact mean to do it. He knew full well that he was intoxicated, and also that he was capable of causing a lot of trouble. I do believe he should be punished, because that is actually what the DOC is for. But I also believe that more should be done to educate even the ADULTS of our state and nation about the horrors and stupidity of drunk driving. It's not just the teens we need to worry about. And just so YOU know, I've never been drunk driving, so that's what I fully intend to "act" like I'm doing. You're obviously not the brightest neon highlighter in the bunch, so you should probably just stay out of it.
