Pantano as I understand it shot and killed two unarmed Iraqi citizens and pinned a note to their bloody bodies. He was arrested for murder and something like 3 days into the court testimony Congressman Walter Jones came in and stopped everything. (Jones serves on the Armed Services and Financial Services Committees.) Pantano was NEVER tried, the victims NEVER had their day in court so how is it that Pantano is fit for duty of any kind?
