Perhaps based on what I read I am judging, I thought it was just an opinion. We all have them and base our votes on them.
I haven't been there but I know people that have and some of them think he might be tweaked.
From what I read the men where unarmed. Pantano was the FIRST military person EVER to be charged with murder. Seems rather important to me that charges where brought against him when the last thing the military wants is bad publicity. It was dropped but it happened just the same and there where witnesses.
It just makes me wonder what kind of person he is mentally.
