RALEIGH, NC (WWAY) -- The former mayor of Southport testified before a federal grand jury in Raleigh today. Norman Holden had no comment for reporters as he left the courthouse. Former Southport Police Chief Jerry Dove and Wilmington DOT office head Allen Pope tell WWAY they've been subpoenaed, but will not have to testify.
