Jury seated in Oak Island murder trial

BOLIVIA, NC (WWAY) -- Jury selection has ended for a man accused of a 2007 murder in Oak Island. It took two days for attorneys to pick the jurors for Joshua Kayne Caudill's trial. They began with more than 45 people.

Opening statements began this afternoon. Testimony is scheduled to begin tomorrow.

Caudill faces murder, robbery and felony conspiracy charges in the July 2007 death of restaurant owner Phillip Cook.
