Be glad you didn't come to Carolina/Kure..the idiots that changed the traffic pattern through CB caused total chaos when beach-goers tried to drive through town. Cars were backed up for hours all the way from the bridge to the Kure Beach pier, as well as Dow Road. There should be a competency test for the CB town council!:{
