They are not looking to hard.I have told four times about his location and they WPD or Sheriffs department did not respond. I have seen him downtown at the Rox,Goodfellas, and Rhino when it was open call the 911 waited for them to come and they never showed up to get him. Detective Kelly and District Attorney Charity Wilson really are not concern about Hellacash(Neil Page).
