I couldn't agree with you more regarding the character of Mrs. Underwood. If most people had to deal with what she deals with on a daily basis they would throw themselves off the Cape Fear Bridge. I have found her to be a woman of character and I have much respect for her as well. I think you would find that a vast majority of the LMS parents feel the same way.
