Time for Bill Caster to go ! During his tenure it has been a rough ride for NHC residents. His radio ad touts him as a conservative but he appears to be a RHINO. This man forced the CFPUA upon the citizens, had a ten million dollar accounting error on his watch , used TAXPAYER money to lure Titan and condoned the good ole boy network (ABC).Caster has been asleep at the wheel and his ship has run aground. He did not anticipate a tough battle for his seat.He is a lifelong government worker(USGC) who is accustomed to not being a responsible steward of taxpayer money. Brian Berger is a breathe of fresh air. I encourage everyone to take advantage of early voting.
