Early voting and that still to come show voters want a change. Caster's poor record and sleazy campaign are big factors- Caster is using his special interest money to try to make us forget his tax and spend habits, broken promises and gross mismanagment of ABC.
Brian Berger is attracting voters with his stand on issues. Berger doesnt have the cozy relations with special interets and the money Caster gets- what Berger will have in early voting and on the 22nd is the trust of voters.
Cssters lies, poor leadership and failed reord lost that trust a long time ago.
