What a shame...we have the State Troopers, Sheriff's Dept. as well as local law enforcement out busting drunk drivers and arresting them, and, assumeing no conspiracy, a bungling DA's office and a PO'd judge turning them loose at the expense of the public who the law is supposed to protect. Geez......Seems like the judge would have had a little more compassion for the safety of those she is serving. She should have thought about them instead of trying to get punish the ADA. Does not show enough maturity to serve in her position. This will be remembered at election time.
