The real issue is the top heavy administration at NHCS. Cut 3 administrators and save 9 teachers, don't lose sight of the real issues.I have served through several national searches for public institutions and this is the protocol to insure finalist confidentiality and is minimal to the total bill 15,000 for the search. Everyone could pay $50 a year more as a school tax and the school system might achieve incredible heights.
