You are right we should not be lied to by Caster again--he voted for all the spending in the new budget--his rocord is one of waste and mismanagement just look at ABC and the Cape Fear Utility. Today-other Commissioners voted honestly-except for caster who before election bails on tax vote to support his spending. That's why others dont Like to work with him-arrogance and deception are not moral virtues.
