A study found less than a third of hearing care providers counsel their clients on loops and telecoils yet most hard of hearing people who are aware of it believe it to be a tremendous aid in hearing in public places and even to hear the TV in their own home without turning it so high others complain.

You have done a great service to the 17% of adults in your viewing area and elsewhere who need to know about loops.
