This is the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard. Money & Power at the local level? These guys make what? - like $14K a year to attend meeting after meeting, sit on boards, read through mounds of paperwork that would put Steven Hawkings to sleep, all the while putting up with ignorant locals who don't know their "you know what" from a hole in the ground?
