An ILLEGAL Alien is being sentenced to 120 months in jail. Where the taxpayers will be paying to feed and shelter him...but them he is being sentenced to 5 more years of supervision after his release????
Does this mean he will have to stay in the country for 5 years after his release for the supervision??? Why don't we just ship him back and let his own country supervise????
Don't get me wrong I am Very Happy that we got the drugs off the street but I am just confused as why any judge would rule this way???
