But notice, he offers no alternative suggestions to reduce our dependence on foriegn crude. He offers no promise to force the Administration to get serious about seeking alternate fuel sources.
The Administration has been pounding it's gums since Jimmy Carter's administration about reducing our Country's dependancy on foriegn fuel sources.
But so far, either the government or the environmentalists seem to oppose drilling in the North; drilling off shore; windmill farms off shore or on mountain tops. No doubt, if we go back to horse and wagons, some environmentalist will be distressed with the horse by products which result from horses ingesting grain and hay and then doing a full day's work.
