...and some judge at some level of trial or appeal will eventually get this case and throw it out. We're getting really good at ignoring the Constitution, but not when it comes to criminal rights. Regardless of a person's general worthlessness or danger to society they are still entitled to a "speedy and public trial."
What a commentary - we have the highest taxes in the entire Southeast, but can't adequately fund, equip, and staff our main forensic laboratory....but those TANF and Medicaid rolls just keep expanding!
