I am from Wilmington and attended NHCS, which have always been lacking - the scores don't lie. The residents of this county and the students of this county deserve a leader that can assist in making this area a world class area. We are never going to be able to recruit any world-class businesses with the current system and scores. Tim Markley has the potential of helping to increase our school systems scores, facilities, moral, etc.
