Is there something wrong with a fox in the chicken coop? It is often done here in city and county government and also found in state government. While it is not right it happens all too often here. Just look at many of the local boards filled by the city and the county as well as those who hold political office. They certainly spend a lot of money to occupy a position that pays so little!!
