Dr. Jack. Since your Board and the County Commissioners have no class or ability to lead with the best interests of the county residents and tax payers who ultimately fund the Health Department, it's up to you to lead by example.
I would suggest you have all your shots updated. Never know when a rabid weasel might sneak in the door.
