for 26 months or so, he gets 3 squares a day. Air conditioned accomodations. Access to all the educational opportunities afforded any other convict.
Then he gets deported.
What's next? Family visits at state expense?
They should have all types of alarms set to go off as he approaches his release date to ensure INS picks him up and sends him South.
But what gaurantee is there he will not scale the wall as soon as their backs are turned?
That being said, send him back now; don't let him have a better life at the taxpayer's expense. Plant an atomic powered body implant in him that will cause him to glow any time he is north of the border.
