Louisiana Manager Al Hayward
“That is normally how we play baseball and tonight we were seeing basketballs at the plate. They are good team and I think we hopped on them early first and showed them what we could do tonight.”

Louisiana centerfielder Cade Harper

“We just wanted to get some revenge from the first time they beat us because we know we are a better baseball team then we show that time. Hopefully our bats stay this hot tomorrow.”

North Carolina Manager Tommy Fowler

“Losing builds character, sometime you are going to have a little off game but good teams have got to bounce back. We are going to take this game like grown men and get back after it tomorrow.”
