failing to lead with a high moral and ethical standard.
The CEO of Hewlett Packard faced some allegations which were fully investigated and found to be not true. Yet during the investigation, he realized his performance had not been of the high moral or ethical standards his position required. He realized his ability to lead by example was tarnished. He did the right thing; he was not asked to resign but he did.
Too bad the Chief seems more focused on a few dollars then on the fact he did register a .14 when stopped.
