Lets see...one side of the story is told by someone who has worked in the difficult job of helping the homeless for nearly 40 years. The other side is told by two admitted prostitutes. Which side will you choose to listen to? If SA didn't charge, the people who stay there wouldn't value the place, wouldn't be taught you can't spend all your money on meth, wouldn't learn that staying somewhere costs something. I'm sure it costs WAY more than $56 a week to house a homeless person; the rest is made up by donations (charity). C'mon people.
