I totally agree with you. I see they have replaced the man that used to run the SA. The one I saw interviewed the other night had all the compassion of a rattlesnake. SA is a hand up, not a hand out and there will be people who will take advantage of it like they take advantage of everything else; but decisions need to be made on an individual basis, each situation is unique. Should they live there for free - no; but if a situation warrants someone staying a little longer than usual, it should be decided then.
