Women say others are prostituting themselves to stay in Salvation Army shelter

The Salvation Army's mission is to help people in crisis, but two women say that's not the case in Wilmington. But some women who have stayed in the charity's shelter say women are selling themselves on the streets so they can pay for a spot to sleep in the shelter.
