SBI questions lab results; murder cases could be re-opened

Eight of the 109 questionable cases are in Pender and New Hanover counties. One is a high-profile murder case, that received national attention. New Hanover County prosecutors say they have their hands full. The district attorney's office is funded by the state and has been on a hiring freeze for the past 18 months.
