Two men turn selves in for shooting

WILMINGTON -- Police say two men have turned themselves in after allegedly shooting a Wilmington man Sunday afternoon. But won't say if they've charged them. Police say 21-year-old Abraham Soumaro was shot several times. It happened at Grace and 10th Streets around five o'clock Sunday. Police believe someone inside a late model Nissan Maxima pulled out a gun and shot Soumaro in the leg. When police arrived at the scene they found Soumaro lying on the ground. No word on his condition.
