I agree with you they should all be shut down, If it was their daughter or son. They would have a different look at things because they just don't know unless it was they child. when you have to wake up and never have your child with you again your heart is never the same and it was all because someone did not say no...All I can do is look uo at the sky and go to the graveside and talk to my child because she never made it home from the BAR THAT NIGHT...
