No, they don't need more money...they need citizens like you to OBEY THE TRAFFIC RULES then they could focus on violent crime. By the way, the tractor trailer trucks should be going to the Port via a different route, like Barnett. They blow through the intersection at CBR & Shipyard and practically dare regular drivers to go thru when the light is green if the trucker is running a red. Get a clue.
