That is interesting considering I live in Churchill Estates where CFPUA is in charge of the cleanup of quite a few sewage spills and after using a fire hydrant yesterday they unhooked the hose and let water run from the hydrant all night. WWAY, please do an investigative report on what they are doing in this neighborhood, why it is taking so long, who is in charge, how much it is costing and who is paying for it. My understanding is that the lines were replaced about 10 years ago and apparently a contractor was used that didn't know what they were doing and now we are having to redo all the work they did. Are the previous contractors being held responsible???
