Taxpayers scream bloody murder when we offer millions in concessions to attract an industry that might actually be in town longer than a month. Why should you not expect them to point out that the film industry is even less deserving of reduced taxes?
Now, I understand that you people intend to push the interstate bidding war up a notch at a time until production companies are treated as special tax-exempt entities....so you need to understand that I'm going to stay true-to-course on any issue of tax fairness and extra-special treatment of the niche groups that liberal politicians love to coddle...
...welfare recipients for example...that includes the ones in Creekwood and the ones boarding their Bombardier Challenger to fly back to L.A.
(The only difference is that the former don't PRETEND they're providing a great service to the North Carolina taxpayers.)
