This "gypsy" owns a home, two cars, pays taxes, insurance, and VOTES locally. Verizon, GE, Corning, PPD all received incentives. It's how business is done these days in order to create jobs. The film incentive is actually a tax rebate-paid AFTER a film is completed and the money spent in the community.
Maybe this community deserves Titan after all.
