FIRST ON 3 UPDATE: Lockdown lifted at Hoggard, Roland Grise and Alderman; search for wanted man continuesThe lock-down at Hoggard, Roland Grise and Alderman schools has been lifted. The Wilmington Police Department and New Hanover Co. Sheriff’s Office are still searching for 27-year-old Andrew Mitchell Narris. They say he's wanted for property crimes. He's a bald, white male wearing a black shirt and cargo pants. He's 5' 10" and weighs 250 lbs.
