If Southwest airlines ever came to ILM, I would never fly again on Delta or USAir. They know they have you and they don't care what type of service they give you. If you have to change you travel plans they are very quick to charge you a $150 change fee plus the different in flight fee, but if they cancel a flight tough luck, we will get you there when we can. I had to stay an extra day one time to finish a job I was doing because USAir cancel my out bound flight and I lost a day traveling. When I changed my flight they tried to charge me the change fee.
Do I fly a lot? Yes, I do. I am Chairman Preferred on USAir and Gold on Delta.
