This looks like a Pantano fan to me,he didn't damage it so he must of wanted it for himself.Stealing somebody's sign is not violating their First Amendment right,I'm sure only the government can do that.With comments like that I can see why he's a Pantano fan and spent all that money on a sign (twice).
