Um yea I live downtown, That was not a riot. It was all in fun. I was leaning out my window watching the crowd because I got home moments before the spray. Well once they sprayed the air, we all were coughing and couldn't breath, in my own home. The police department was acting stupid. Don't block off a road for a fun event such as halloween, and not expect people to stand in a road and have fun. There was no need to spray. That shit came in my house, and it sure didn't air out fast.
