I have to agree, the Election Board is just corrupt. Last year, during the election for Mayor of Wilmington, I got a update card in the mail, telling me to vote off of Market St. over at Roland-Grice Middle School, I get there, I'm not on their list, They call, the Board, I'm suppose to vote at the NE Library, where I normaly did vote, I was on the list there, but I had a postcard in my hand, telling me to go to the other site! I wondered if my vote would even count after that mess. Guess they'll determine who gets in after all, no matter what you vote!
